Medical School Forum (MSF) on February 7th, 2026 is an annual event hosted by the University of South Florida Pre-Medical AMSA Chapter, which will occur at the Morsani College of Medicine: 560 Channelside Dr, Tampa, FL 33602. MSF brings together medical school representatives and medical-related discussion to a convenient location for the attendee.

During the event, attendees will be provided with the unique opportunity to:

- Interact with admission representatives from medical schools all across the country and the Caribbean

- Participate in afternoon sessions containing seminars, workshops, and panels

- Submit questions to a medical student panel about their lives and experiences

Please keep the following in mind:
- Campus Tour: Spots are limited to the first 30 students who sign up. If someone from that group declines, their spot will be offered to the next ticket holder.
- Bus Seats: 10 seats are currently available. Additional seats may open soon.
- Refund Policy: Refunds will be available until January 1st only.

- Conduct: Please conduct yourself in a professional manner. If your is disrespectful or harmful, you may risk expulsion from the event without refund.

MCOM Tour spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Only 30 spots TOTAL are available. 15 individuals each, for two tours scheduled after lunch. This option will be removed once full.

If spots become available on the day of the event, the remaining spots will be offered during lunchtime.

1. Can I come after the opening ceremony?

You can absolutely join after the opening ceremony! Your MSF ticket gives you access to all the events happening throughout the day, but you yourself are not required to stay the entire time.

2. Will I be able to leave the building and come back?

Yes, you are able to leave the building and come back. Just make sure someone at the check-in table knows or make sure you check-in again.

3. Will I receive an actual ticket?

No physical ticket is given. You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase. Please make sure to bring this to the registration table on MSF day.

4. I am on a special diet, can I bring my own food?

If you are on a special diet, you are more than welcome to bring your own food

5. How do I recognize the entrance of the building?

The building entrance will have a sign in front of it that says "MSF". For directions: If you see the TGH Urgent care sign, turn right and walk a little past it and you will be at the entrance of USF Health. There should be a cube with VR graphics near the entrance.

6. When will I be able to purchase bus tickets and how will I be able to do so?

Transportation tickets are still available and can be purchased day of. You must show proof of ticket purchase to PAMSA officers at the BullRunner. Tickets can be purchased on our website: usfpamsa.net

7. What time and location for those who ride the bus?

The bus will depart from the Allen Building (ALN) at 7:45 am. Please arrive by 7:15am for prompt departure. Once the event ends, the bus will arrive at USF Health at 5:45 pm to take students back to ALN.

9. I’m driving my car, where do you recommend me to park and is it free?

Attendees can park at the Cumberland Parking Garage. There is an $20 flat fee for all-day parking. We recommend carpooling with other attendess.

10. What time should I arrive for MSF?

If you plan to have the full MSF experience, we recommend arriving at 8:30 am to have time for check-in and to get situated.

11. How do I know if I’m at the right place?

There will be many signs to inform you that MSF is happening. In addition, PAMSA officers will be available to help guide you.
